独立学院学生党员发展量化考核评价指标研究

Research on the Quantitative Evaluation Index System of the Development of Student Party Members in Independent Colleges

本文针对党员发展过程中存在的问题,提出在各阶段培养过程中引入量化考核指标体系。不同培养阶段采用不同的"及格线",形成被培养人逐步"晋级"的培养模式,力求促进独立学院学生党员发展更加公平、公开、透明、科学、可操作。

In view of the problems existing in the development process of Party members, this paper puts forward the quantita- tive evaluation index system in the cultivation process of each stage. The cultivation of different stages adopts the different pass line to form the cultivating mode of trainee~ promotion gradually, and strives to promote the development of student party mem- bers in independent colleges more fair, open, transparent, scientific and operational.
