现代学徒制模式下的思想政治理论课教师职业精神培养路径研究

Research on the Cultivation of Teachers' Professional Spirit in the Ideological and Political Theory Course under the Mode of Modern Apprenticeship

随着现代学徒制在高职教育体系中的深入推进和应用,对思政课教师提出更高的要求,必须认真领会现代学徒制的内涵,打造符合职业教育需求的思想政治理论课教师队伍,从以往只重视高学历、资格老的评价标准变换为同时具备高度的职业精神和熟练的职业技能的双重标准,通过政府、社会、高校和个人协同效应,促进教师的职业精神提高,全面提升思政理论课教学质量。

With the further promotion and application of modem apprenticeship system in higher vocational education system, this paper puts forward higher requirements for teachers of ideological and political course. We must fully understand the conno- tation of modem apprenticeship to build a contingent of ideological and political theory teachers to meet the needs of vocational education. From the past, we only pay attention to high education. The old standard of evaluation has been transformed into a double standard with a high degree of professionalism and professional skills. Through government, community, university and individual synergy, we should promoting teachers＂ professionalism and the teaching quality of ideological and political theory
