构建高职院校学生思想政治教育合力机制

Construction of the Joint Mechanism of the Ideological and Political Education for Higher Vocational College Students

思想政治教育是大学教育的重要组成部分,高职院校学生思想政治教育工作同样不容忽视。调查显示,高职院校学生思想政治状况总体态势良好,思想政治教育工作成效显著,但也存在不少问题。要提升高职院校学生思想政治教育质量,应发挥思政课教师、辅导员、党团组织及全校教职工的共同作用,构建高职院校学生思想政治教育的合力机制。

Ideological and political education is the most important of the university education, the ideological and political ed- ucation of higher vocational college students also should not be ignored. The investigation shows that the situation of higher vo- cational college students are good in general, the ideological and political education has got the remarkable results, but there are still some problems. In order to improve the quality of higher vocational college students＇ideological and political education, the teachers of ideological and political education, counselors, party organizations and all the teachers of the college should work together to construct the resultant mechanism of higher vocational college students＇ideological and oolitical education.
