摘要
2016年2月,中共中央办公厅印发了《关于在全体党员中开展"学党章党规、学系列讲话,做合格党员"学习教育方案》,并发出通知,要求各地区各部门认真贯彻执行。本文拟以辽宁省抚顺市望花区机关为例,探讨如何推动学习教育有效开展,总结成功经验,为以后党建工作提供借鉴。
In February 2016, the CPC Central Committee issued the ＂ On Carrying the Learning Plan of Party Constitution, Learning Series Speech and Being the Qualified Party Members＂. It requires all localities and departments to seriously imple- ment it. This paper intends to take Fushun City Wanghua District of Liaoning Province as an example to discuss how to promote the learning education effectively, summarizing the successful experience as well as providing reference for the future work of Party building.
