高职院校体育选项课开展现状及对策研究——基于厦门5所高职院校体育课为例

Research on the Present Situation and Countermeasures of PE Elective Courses in Higher Vocational Colleges——Based on the Physical Education Course of 5 Higher Vocational Colleges in Xiamen

随着高职院校体育课程教学的不断创新与改革,厦门很多高职院校都在体育课中采用了选项教学模式,即学生可以根据自己的兴趣爱好和时间来自主选择要学习的体育项目。体育选项课能够充分发挥学生自主选课的权利,激发学生对所选体育课程的学习兴趣,同时还能达到体育锻炼的效果。本文对厦门5所高职院校的体育选项课进行了调查,针对高职院校体育选项课展开过程中存在的问题进行了分析,最后总结了一些对策建议,以便体育选项课的顺利展开。

With the continuous innovation and reform of PE Teaching in higher vocational colleges in Xiamen, many higher vo- cational colleges of physical education in the teaching mode, according to their own hobbies and time, students can learn from the main choice of sports. Sports elective course can give full play to the students＇right to choose their own courses, stimulate students＇interest in the selected sports courses, but also to achieve the effect of physical exercise. The 5 Xiamen vocational col- leges sports elective courses were investigated for sports elective courses in higher vocational colleges during the development of the existing problems are analyzed, finally some countermeasures and suggestions, in order to successfully start sports elective Course.
