摘要 随着社会的发展,高职院校地位逐渐提升,成为我国教育行业中的重要组成部分,肩负着向社会各个工作岗位输送专业技术型人才的重任。高职院校在发展之中除了要重视学生理论和实践的教育,还应该加强对学生心理素质的培养和锻炼,提升高职院校学生的心理健康水平,促进高职院校学生身心全面健康发展。这与我国发展高等教育的教学理念相符合,也与当前社会就业紧张、竞争激烈的现实相符合。对此,本文着重探索了高职院校应用微课进行心理健康教育课程教学的内容,以供参考。 With the development of society, the status of higher vocational colleges has been gradually improved, which has be- come an important part of China~ education industry, and has the task of conveying professional and technical talents to all the social posts. In addition to the development of vocational colleges in order to attach importance to student theory and practice of education, but also should strengthen the psychological quality of students training and training to improve the level of mental health of vocational college students to promote the physical and mental health of vocational college students development of. This is consistent with the teaching philosophy of the development of higher education in China, but also with the current social employment tension, competitive reality. In this regard, this article focuses on the vocational colleges to apply micro - courses for mental health education teaching content for reference.
