摘要
公共英语教学团队是高职院校教学团队建设的有机组成部分,是承担公共英语课程教学的主体力量。要从加强团队管理、注重教学研讨、重视教学质量监控、整合教学资源、科学考核评价等几个方面着手,全面开展公共英语教学团队建设,以有效提高公共英语课程教学质量,改进教学效果。
General English teaching team is an organic part of construction of teaching teams at vocational colleges and the main force teaching the course. The colleges should carry out thoroughly the construction of general English teaching team through re- inforcing management, highlighting teaching seminars, emphasizing teaching quality control, integrating teaching resources and scientific evaluating so that the teaching quality could be improved and the teaching effect enhanced.
