摘要
20世纪80年代起,术中超声以其高分辨率、高频率、实时传感器、多重频率传感器及灵活可变的探头应用于各学科手术中。术中超声能确定术中病变部位及其与周围组织的关系,与术后病理符合率更高,逐渐成为了外科手术辅助应用设备。笔者针对该项技术的实用性及有效性在妇科腹腔镜手术中的应用给予综述。
Since 1980 s, with the high resolution, high frequency, real-time sensor, muhifrequency sensor and flexible probe intraoperative ultrasound has applied to surgery. Intraoperativc ultrasound can identify the lesion in operation more precisely and its relationship with surrounding tissues. Compared to the pre-operative ultrasound intraoperative ultrasound has much more consistency with postoperative pathology, which has gradually become an important auxiliary equipment of surgery. However, the application and evaluation of intraoperative ultrasound in domestic gynecologic surgery is rare. This review comments the validity and availability of the intraoperative ultrasound in gynecologic surgery based on foreign research.
