A型肉毒毒素+减张压迫法用于面部整形美容切口中的研究

Study on the effect of botulinum toxin type A + tension reduction in facial plastic surgery incision

目的探讨A型肉毒毒素+减张压迫法用于面部整形美容切口中的研究。方法将2015年8月至2016年8月在我院整形美容科治疗的86例面部整形美容患者随机分为两组,两组均常规面部整形美容手术,对照组术后切口注射A型肉毒毒素,观察组术后给予切口注射A型肉毒毒素+减张压迫法,比较两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应及外观满意率。结果观察组治疗有效率为97.67%,明显较对照组的86.05%提高,两组间有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组治疗后瘢痕增生率为4.65%,外观满意率为93.02%,对照组治疗后瘢痕增生率为23.26%,外观满意率为74.42%,两组间有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 A型肉毒毒素+减张压迫法用于面部整形美容切口中有良好的效果,能有效减少瘢痕的产生,提高切口愈合效果,促进外观的美化,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To study the effect of botulinum toxin type A ＋ stretch compression technique on facial plastic surgery incision. Methods 86 cases of facial plastic surgery patients in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 were randomly divided into two groups,the two groups were treated with conventional facial plastic surgery, the control group was injected with botulinum toxin A,the observation group was treated with incision injection of botulinum toxin type A ＋ tension compression method,compared the two groups with the therapeutic effects, adverse reactions and appearance satisfaction rate. Result The effective rate of the observation group was 97.67%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group. The observation group after treatment, the rate of scar hyperplasia was 4.65%, appearance satisfaction rate was 93.02%, the control group after treatment, the rate of scar hyperplasia was 23.26%, appearance satisfaction rate was 74.42%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Botulinum toxin type A ＋ stretch compression method for facial plastic surgery incision has a good effect, can effectively reduce the scar formation, improve the wound healing effect, has a positive clinical significance.
