游离包皮内板Ⅰ期尿道成形术治疗先天性尿道下裂的临床探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析游离包皮内板Ⅰ期尿道成形术治疗先天性尿道下裂的临床效果。方法对50例先天性尿道下裂者实施游离包皮内板Ⅰ期尿道成形术,分析治疗结果。结果成功完成手术者共计44例,占总数的88.00%。手术后出现尿瘘者共计6例,占12.00%。患者平均住院时间为(23.5±1.4)d。随访时间为12个月,患者以及家属临床效果满意。患者阴茎外观无异常,排尿正常,不存在严重并发症。结论对于先天性尿道下裂患者,实施游离包皮内板一期尿道成形术治疗,可取得显著效果,成功率高,取材简单,安全性强,可令患者的阴茎功能和形态接近或达到正常水平,其不失为一种治疗该疾病的良好方式,值得进一步在临床中推广使用。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of free foreskin plate I urethroplasty in the treatment of congenital hypospadias. Methods 50 cases of congenital hypospadias were performed with free foreskin plate I urethroplasty, and the results were analyzed and treated. Results A total of 44 patients were successfully completed, accounting for 88.00% of the total. A total of 6 cases of urinary fistula after surgery, accounting for 12.00%. The average hospital stay was (23.5 q- 1.4) days. The follow-up period was 12 months, and the patient and family members were satisfied with the clinical effect. Patients with no abnormal appearance of the penis, normal urination, there is no serious complications. Conclusion For patients with congenital hypospadias, the implementation of free perimeter plate urethrography treatment, can achieve significant results, the success rate is high, simple and safe, can make the patient's penis function and shape close to or normal Level, which is a good way to treat the disease, it is worth further in clinical use.
