足趾移植再造手指术后外形的整形方法及效果分析

The method and effect analysis of toe reconstruction after finger reconstruction

目的对足趾移植再造手指术后外形的整形方法及效果进行分析和探讨。方法以我院2015年1月-2016年2月期间收治的29例(35指)足趾移植再造手指术后需进一步外形整形的患者为对象,所有患者均接受第二足趾移植再造手指的治疗,根据患者术后恢复情况,在术后1-2个月术后联用局部皮瓣、骨、肌腱等显微术对患者行外形整形,分析探讨整形方法及临床应用效果。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术,术后平均随访12个月,患者皮瓣全部成活,手术成功率达100%,手术满意度达96.55%,再造指功能恢复、血运正常,外观与正常手指基本一致。结论使用再造指一侧的"指腹"、"驼颈部"的指腹筋膜行皮瓣转移术是整形修复足趾移植再造手指术后外形缺陷的有效途径,手术简便、有效率高,推广难度低。

Objective To analyze and discuss the method and effect of toe reconstruction after finger reconstruction. Methods In my hospital from January 2015 -2016 year in February 29 cases （35 fingers） finger reconstruction with toe transplantation to shape plastic patients as objects, all patients received the treatment of finger reconstruction with second toe transplantation, according to the recovery of the patients after surgery, after surgery in 1-2 months after operation on patients with contact microscopy line shape plastic with local skin flap, bone, tendon, analysis and discuss the clinical application and shaping method. Results All patients were successfully completed surgery, the average follow-up 12 months after operation, the patients survived, the success rate of operation was 100%, surgical satisfaction reached 96.55%, and reconstruction of finger function recovery, normal blood supply, with the appearance of normal finger is consistent. Conclusion The use of recycling refers to the side of the ＂finger＂, ＂camel neck＂ refers to the line of abdominal fascia flap transfer is plastic repair of toe transplantation to reconstruct finger postoperative appearance defects effectively, and has the advantages of simple operation, high efficiency, low difficulty of promotion.
