StarLuxG强脉冲光治疗雀斑的临床疗效和安全性观察

Clinical efficacy and safety of StarLuxG intense pulsed light in the treatment of freckles

目的探讨StarLuxG强脉冲光治疗雀斑的临床疗效和安全性。方法选取2014年5月至2016年6月我院收治的雀斑患者88例,将其随机分为两组,各44例。对照组采用Q-开关倍频Nd:YAG激光治疗,观察组给予StarLuxG强脉冲光治疗。比较两组临床疗效及安全性。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.18%,略高于对照组的84.09%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 StarLuxG强脉冲光治疗雀斑较Q-开关倍频Nd:YAG激光更加安全可靠,具有无停工期、简单方便等优势,值得应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of StarLuxG intense pulsed light in the treatment of freckles. Methods 88 patients with freckles in our hospital from May 2014 to June 2016 were randomly divided into two groups, each with a total of 44 cases. The control group was treated with Q- switching frequency doubled Nd：YAG laser, while the observation group was treated with StarLuxG intense pulsed light therapy. The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared. Results the total effective rate of observation group was 93.18%, slightly higher than 84.09% in the control group, the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05） ; the adverse reaction rate of observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion StarLuxG intense pulsed light treatment of freckles than Qswitching frequency doubled Nd：YAG laser is more safe and reliable, with no downtime, simple and convenient advantages, is worthy of application.
