氨甲环酸联合强脉冲光治疗黄褐斑的疗效研究

目的探讨分析氨甲环酸联合强脉冲光治疗黄褐斑的临床治疗效果。方法随机选取2016年7月至2017年1月期间在我院接受诊治的黄褐斑患者100例,随机分为对照组(n=50)和研究组(n=50),对照组患者给予口服氨甲环酸等常规治疗,给予研究组患者口服氨甲环酸联合强脉冲光进行治疗。对研究组和对照组临床治疗效果以及复发情况进行对比分析。结果:研究组治疗有效率为70.00%明显高于对照组54.00%,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。对照组黄褐斑复发率为10.00%;研究组50例患者当中无一例患者复发黄褐斑,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;结论:对黄褐斑患者进行治疗时,采取氨甲环酸联合强脉冲光方式进行治疗,不仅可以有效提高临床治疗效果,而且可以极大的减少黄褐斑复发率。

Objective To investigate the clinical analysis of the therapeutic effect of tranexamic acid combined with photorejuvenation treatment of chloasma.Methods 100 patients with chloasma were randomly selected from July 2016 to April 2017 during the period of treatment in our hospital patients, 100 subjects were selected for the random group, were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, including 50 cases in the experimental group, 50 cases in the control group, the control group were treated with oral tranexamic acid and other conventional treatment, for treatment of the experimental group were treated with oral tranexamic acid combined with photorejuvenation. The clinical efficacy and recurrence of the experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed.Result In chloasma recurrence, the differences between the two groups were significant in the control group of 50 patients, 5 cases of recurrence in patients with chloasma chloasma, the recurrence rate was 10%; the experimental group of 50 patients with recurrence of chloasma, statistically significant differences in P 〈 0.05; the experimental group, the effective rate of treatment was 98% 72% higher than the control group, with statistical significance, P 〈 0.05.Conclusion In clinical practice, the treatment of chloasma patients when combined with transamin take photorejuvenation treatment way, not only can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect, and can greatly reduce the recurrence rate of chloasma, for this time to take this way for no cases of chloasma recurrence, clinical treatment and convenient operation safe and reliable, which can be applied in clinical application.
