摘要
目的探讨微型种植钉支抗在口腔正畸中的临床应用效果。方法选取我院2015年4月-2016年10月收治的68口腔正畸患者为研究对象,按照随机分配原则分为对照组和试验组各34例,对照组患者给予口外弓强支抗治疗,试验组患者给予微型种植钉支抗治疗,对比分析两组患者临床疗效和术后不良事件发生情况。结果试验组患者上中切牙倾角减小量为(25.74±2.83)度、上中切牙凸距减小量为(4.15±0.54)度,显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组患者磨牙位移为(2.65±0.27)mm,明显低于对照组(4.35±0.31)mm(P<0.05);试验组患者不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P>0.05)。结论微型种植钉支抗在口腔正畸中有很好的支抗固定效果,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Micro Implant Anchorage in orthodontics. Methods in our hospital from April 2015 -2016 year in October from 68 orthodontic patients as the research object, according to the principle of random distribution, divided into control group and experimental group with 34 cases in each group, the control group were treated with extraoral arch support treatment, the experimental group were treated with micro implant treatment, to analysis the occurrence of adverse events than two groups of patients with clinical efficacy and postoperative. Results the experimental group in incisor inclination reduction for （25.74＋2.83）, upper incisor protrusion distance reduction for （4.15 ＋0.54）, significantly higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05） , experimental group （2.65 molar displacement ＋ 0.27） ram, significantly lower than the control group （4.35 ± 0.31） mm （P 〈 0.05） ; incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was significantly lower than the control group （P 〉 0.05） . Conclusion Micro Implant Anchorage has a good effect in orthodontic treatment, which is worthy of clinical application.
