中国特色、西藏特点的城镇化道路研究

On the Urbanization Path with Chinese Characteristics and Tibetan Features

城镇化是西藏自治区推动经济发展、提高人民生活水平和保持社会安全稳定的一个重要途径。而西藏恶劣的自然条件和独特的历史、文化决定了西藏独具特色的城镇化进程。文章论述了古代以及和平解放以来西藏城镇形成与发展的历史进程,分析了当前西藏城镇化发展的劣势与优势,在此基础上提出要结合西藏实际,因地制宜,采取既有利于优化环境,又能促进经济增长的发展措施,走出一条中国特色、西藏特点的城镇化发展道路。

Urbanization is an important way of promoting economic growth, improving people＇s living standards, and maintaining social security and stability of Tibet Autonomous Region. Tibet＇ s poor natural conditions and its unique history and culture determine the unique process of urbanization of Tibet. This article introduces the his- torical process of the formation and development of the cities and towns in Tibet, and analyzes the disadvantages and advantages of the urbanization development of current Tibet. And it is suggested that based on the actual lo- cal conditions, the urbanization development of Tibet should walk out a way with Chinese characteristics and Ti- betan features by adopting the measures of improving e environment and promoting economic growth.
