西藏农牧区贫困统计指标体系研究

On the Poverty Statistical Index System of Tibet's Agricultural and Pastoral Areas

贫困是涉及政治、经济、社会、生态等方面的复杂的综合性问题,必须从多个维度对贫困的形成机理、致贫因素、脱贫路径进行研究。多维度贫困研究的基础是一套科学、系统的贫困统计指标体系。文章在以往的研究基础上,结合西藏农牧区的实际情况和现阶段扶贫政策,构建了西藏农牧区贫困统计指标体系,以期推动西藏贫困研究的多维定量分析,为西藏农牧区扶贫攻坚工作提供相应的理论支持。

Poverty, a complex and comprehensive problem, involves political, economic, social, and ecological as- pects, so the research of poverty should be multi-dimensional, that is, the poverty formation mechanism, the fac- tors of poverty, poverty reduction paths, etc., should be involved into the research. Multidimensional poverty re- search is the basis of a scientific and systematic statistical index system of poverty. According to the actual situa- tion of the agricultural and pastoral areas in Tibet, a poverty statistical index system of the agricultural and pasto- ral areas of Tibet has been constructed based on the previous research so as to promote multidimensional quanti- tative analysis of poverty in Tibet, and provide theoretical support for the poverty alleviation work in the agricul- tural and pastoral areas of Tibet.
