环渤海地区能源消费行为时空差异的实证研究

Study on Spatial and Temporal Differences in Energy Consumption Behavior of Bohai Economic Rim

环渤海地区是中国北方乃至全国的能源基地。基于区内五省市2005~2014年的统计数据,对环渤海地区的能源消费行为进行时空差异分析,结果表明,其能源消费行为具有明显的时空差异。在时间差异方面,2005~2014年环渤海地区无论能源消耗总量,还是地区煤炭、天然气、电力等能源消耗量均随时间的推移呈上升趋势。煤炭的消耗比例随着时间的推移总体呈下降趋势,但仍占据主导地位;石油消耗量随时间变化并不显著,始终接近20%的比例;而电力和天然气两者的使用总量略有提高,但由于最初基数极小,所以增长幅度非常大。在空间差异方面,环渤海地区能源消费总量从高到低依次为山东省、河北省、辽宁省、北京市、天津市;能源利用率整体随时间呈上升趋势,但上升趋势并不明显,北京市、天津市和河北省的能源利用效率较高,而辽宁省和山东省则相对较低。鉴于此,建议应控制区内化石能源消费,加强区内交流与合作、优势互补,各省市寻求适合自身特点的发展模式。

Bohai Economic Rim is an energy base for the north of China and the whole country.Based on the statistics of five provinces and cities in this region from 2005 to 2014,this paper analyzes the spatial and temporal differences in the energy consumption behavior of Bohai Economic Rim.The results show that its energy consumption behavior has obvious spatial and temporal difference.In terms of temporal difference, not only the total energy consumption but also the consumption of coal, natural gas ,electricity and other energy in this region increased from 2005 to 2014.The proportion of coal consumption decreased but still dominated;no significant change is observed in the proportion of oil consumption,which has been maintained at nearly 20% ;and the total consumption of electricity and natural gas increased slightly,but the growth rate is very high due to the low initial base.In terms of spatial difference,Shandong Province,Hebei Province,Liaoning Province,Beijing and Tianjin are on the list of total energy consumption in Bohai Economic Rim from highest to lowest;the energy efficiency increased as a whole,but not obviously;and the energy efficiencies of Beijing ,Tianjin and Hebei Province are high ,while the energy efficiencies of Liaoning Province and Shandong Province are relatively low.According to the analysis results,this paper puts forward some suggestions such as controlling the fossil energy consumption in the region,strengthening the communication and cooperation among provinces and cities in the region so that they can complement one another,and exploring a suitable devel- opment mode for each province and city.
