摘要
文章以甲苯作为垃圾填埋气中的典型挥发性有机物,选择了3种可用于吸附脱碳提纯工艺的吸附剂(13X分子筛、5A分子筛和活性炭),研究了甲苯在这3种吸附剂上的吸附-脱附特征,以及吸附剂在吸附甲苯后的CO_2吸附性能。研究结果表明:真空条件下,吸附剂的甲苯脱附量很小,在吸附-脱附循环过程中,吸附剂中的甲苯含量较高且保持稳定;当吸附剂吸附甲苯后,其对CO_2的吸附能力均有所下降,其中13X分子筛和活性炭的CO_2吸附能力显著下降,5A分子筛的CO_2吸附能力下降程度较小,吸附剂对CO_2吸附能力的下降程度,与其对甲苯的吸附量呈正相关。
In this study,the toluene was selected as the typical volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in landfill gas.13X,5A and AC are adopted as the de-CO2 adsorbents for landfill gas upgrading process.The toluene adsorption/desorption performances on these de-CO2 adsorbents,as well as the CO2 adsorption performances on these adsorbents which had adsorbed toluene,were experimentally studied.Results show that only small amounts of toluene desorb under vacuum operation.Hence,the adsorbents are fouling with adsorbed toluene during adsorption-desorption cycles,resulting in negative impact on CO2 adsorption capacity.There are significant decreases of CO2 adsorption capacity on 13X and AC,whereas 5A has a slight decrease.It is illustrated a positive correlation between the decrease of CO2 adsorption capacity and the toluene adsorption capacity.
