摘要
针对网络分析法ANP(Analytic Network Process)在防治工程决策中的应用及滑坡灾害风险评价体系尚有多种类型等问题,通过分析滑坡灾害危险性、易损性、破坏损失、防治工程四个评价内容的反馈作用,应用ANP构建了滑坡灾害风险评价反馈系统.以超级决策软件SD(Super Decision)为计算工具,以绝对权重为评价指标,通过土质和岩质滑坡实例的计算结果与工程实践及已有研究结论的对比验证了反馈系统的正确性.研究结果表明:相对于传统的层次分析法AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process),ANP反馈系统可以同步实现危险性评价因子重要度排序和防治方案优化决策;该反馈系统可应用于滑坡灾害风险评价,并实现了在防治方案优化决策中的应用.
Aiming at the different types of issues of ANP (Analytic Network Process) application in prevention and control engineering decision, and in landslide disaster risk evaluation system, through analysis on the feedback effect of the four evaluations including landslide hazard, vulnerability, failure loss, and prevention and control plans, this paper built the landslide risk evaluation feedback system based on ANP. Super Decisions software was used as a calculation tool, and absolute weight was used as an indicator. By comparing to the existing research findings by the result of soil and rock slope instances, this paper verified correctness of the feedback system. It shows that the feedback system synchronous implements hazard evaluation factors weight sorting and prevention and control plan decision optimization, and can be applied to evaluate landslide disaster risk, which is the first time that the ANP is used in the protection and control plan decision optimization.
