摘要
针对航班延误问题,通过谱系聚类的方法对20所机场进行分类,分析中国航班延误的原因,得出飞机在终端区的排序问题是制约空中流量控制的一个重要因素,在已有的FCFS(先到先服务)的排序方法之上,通过多因素的比较,建立模糊综合评价指标,利用模糊综合评价和层次分析相结合的方法对已有的FCFS排序方法进行改进.通过对航班预计到达时间、航班飞行速度及飞行性质3个因素,利用Matlab编程对10架航班进行仿真处理,对终端区航班进行重新排序,验证了模型的有效性.
To solve the problem of delayed flights, by the method of hierarchical clustering of 20 airports classification, this paper analyzed the reasons of flight delays in China, and concluded that aircraft sequencing problem in the terminal area is an important factor restricting the air flow control. Based on the existing FCFS (first come, first served) sorting method, and by comparing multiple factors, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation index was established. By combining fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and AHP, FCFS method was improved. Matlab programming was used to simulate the flights estimated time of arrival, flight speed and flight nature three factors of 10 flights, and flights at terminal area were reordered. The results of study verified the effectiveness of the model, which provides a good model for solving the airport terminal sequencing problems.
