摘要
从油田企业建立高效的劳动组织架构体系、灵活的市场化用工配置体系,探索新型的内部岗位化管理、宽带薪酬和绩效管理体系等方面进行研究,提出了创新人力资源管理模式的具体对策和措施思路,推动了油田企业转方式、调结构,提高油田企业在供给侧结构改革中的自由度,提升了油田企业核心竞争力。
The article, from the aspects such as establishing high-performance labor organization structure system and agile market-oriented employment allocation system, explores new-type internal post-oriented management, wideband salary and performance management system in oilfield enterprises, and puts forward concrete countermeasures and thinking for innovating human resource management mode, promoting oilfield enterprises to transfer mode, adjust structure and enhance the degree of freedom for oilfield enterprises in supply side structural reform, so as to improve oilfield enterprises' core competitiveness.
