摘要
DNA甲基化是研究最多的表观遗传学调控机制,与肺癌的发生、发展、转移及预后密切相关。DNA甲基化在抑癌基因表达方面起关键作用,它可以通过抑制重组序列之间的重组事件维持基因组稳定性。肺癌患者早期体内即可检测到甲基化状态改变,甲基化的检测对肺癌的早期诊断和治疗具有重要的临床价值。
DNA methylation is the most studied epigenetic regulatory mechanism and is closely related to the occurrence, development, metastasis and prognosis of lung cancer. DNA methylation plays a key role in the expression of tumor suppressor genes, which can maintain genomic stability by inhibiting recombination between duplicated sequences. Methylation changes occur early during lung cancer and the detection of methylation has important clinical value in the early diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.
