摘要
项目融资在解决城市轨道交通建设中所需资金问题的同时也面临高风险,为减少和避免投资者的损失,应对城市轨道交通项目融资风险进行准确客观的评价。本文对城市轨道交通项目融资过程中各阶段的风险因素进行识别,基于可拓理论,建立城市轨道交通项目融资风险评价模型,通过关联度的计算结果确定风险等级,进而反映各阶段风险因素的动态变化。结合案例分析,提出相应的风险管理措施。
Project financing in solving urban rail transit development facing money problems at the same time also faces high risks,in order to reduce and avoid the loss of investors,we should make accurate and objective evaluation for the urban rail transit project financing risk.This paper based on extension theory,from the dynamic perspective of urban rail transit project financing risk establishes a dynamic evaluation model which considers all phases in the process of urban rail transit project financing risk factors,and reflect the status and influence degree of various kinds of risk factors.
