摘要
高温合金有很强的力学性能和抗断裂性能,合金涂层的制备能充分发挥对基体的保护作用,提高基体受腐蚀和氧化的程度,而不会改变其高温强度.通过对合金表面渗层的制备,渗层结构的分析,及能谱分析,得到Co原子的特性与Ni接近,形成Ni、Co连续固溶体,在高温合金表面生成一薄层Ni Al和Co Al相,渗层致密,能保护基体内部,具有优异的抗热腐蚀性能.
High temperature alloys have a strong mechanical properties and fracture resistance. The preparation of alloy coating can play to the role of the substrate to improve the matrix by the degree of corrosion and oxidation, without changing its high temperature strength. Through the preparation of the alloy surface layer, the analysis of carburized layer structure and its energy spectrum, the results show that the characteristics of Co atoms are close to those of Ni, and Ni and Co are formed on the surface of the superalloy. Which Ras excellent resistance to hot corrosion.
