北京大学药学院毕业生职业发展现状调查研究

The investigation of graduates＇ current career development in School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Peking University

为了解北京大学药学院毕业生职业发展现状，对药学院10个届次的227名毕业生进行了问卷调查。结果显示，药学院毕业生整体工作状态稳定、工作投入度和胜任度较高，但仍然有部分毕业生反映工作发展空间有限、处理人际关系困难等问题，且近年来药学院毕业生对工作的满意度有所下降。本文在分析北京大学药学院毕业生职业发展现状和优劣势的基础上，对学院人才培养改革提出了建议。

A survey towards 227 graduates in 10 grades was done for gaining insight into the current career development of graduates in School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Peking University. As the result shows, graduates work stably with high job involvement and competency. However, there are still problems unveiled like limited development, difficult interpersonal relationship and obvious decreasing satisfaction to current work in students graduated recent years. Based on these analysis and the advantages and disadvantages of graduates, we provide some suggestions on talent training course in School of Pharmaceutical Sciences.
