摘要
目的调查三年制定向医学生职业认同感和差异度及其服务基层的意愿情况,并对影响因素进行分析,提出增强定向医学生的职业认同感和服务基层意愿的建议和措施。方法选取杭州医学院2013级~2015级三年制临床医学专业565名定向医学生为调查对象。在查阅文献的基础上,自行设计调查问卷和访谈提纲,采用填写调查问卷和个别访谈的方式对调查对象进行调查。结果有95.2%的定向医学生认同医学专业或医生职业;有63.0%的定向医学生愿意服从安排到基层医疗岗位就业;有23.4%的定向医学生在服务期满后愿意继续在基层从医;有33.5%的定向医学生产生过违约的想法。结论三年制定向医学生对定向培养政策和医生职业总体认同,服务基层意愿较高,但对政策的不了解和定向到基层就业等因素对定向医学生的职业认同感和服务基层意愿产生负面影响。
Objective This paper is aimed to put forward some corresponding suggestions and countermeasures by analyzing the relevant factors influencing directional medical students' career identification. Methods 565 general practitioner directional medical 2013-2015 students were chosen from Hangzhou Medical College as the research subjects. Designing a questionnaire and interview outlines based on the literature consulted and investigated these students. Results In the survey, 95.2% students identified themselves with medical career; 63.0% students identified themselves with serve community; 23.4% students wanted to serve the grassroots after directional period. 33.5% students wanted to default. Conclu- sions The directional medical students are mostly identified themselves with the policy and medical career. More than half were willing to serve community. But unfamiliar with policy and directional employment had influenced the career identification, willingness to serve community.
