北京大学医学部2014级医学新生学习适应影响因素的调查分析 被引量:1

An investigation and analysis of the influence factors of learning adjustment for medical freshmen from grade 2014,HSC of Peking University

摘要 本研究通过对北京大学医学部2014级288名医学新生的学习适应情况及其影响因素的调查分析,发现性别、专业、政治面貌对医学新生学习适应情况没有显著影响;而生源地、是否独生子女、自我管理能力和自制力、对专业的认同感、对大学生活的参与度、与周围同学的关系、学习主动性、学习投入、自我效能感和希望特质等对医学新生学习适应情况有显著影响。为了提高医学新生学习适应性,需要加强对来自农村及小城镇和非独生子女的医学新生的及时关注;提高医学新生的专业认同感;加强对医学新生的自主性、自我管理能力、自我效能感和希望特质的培养;激发医学新生的学习动机;丰富校园活动;提高医学新生对大学生活的投入度;建立和谐的人际关系。 In this research, through the investigation of the conditions and its influence factors of learning adjustment for 288 medical freshmen from grade 2014, HSC of Peking University, the authors find that gender, major and political status have no significant influence on the conditions of learning adjust- ment of medical freshmen ; while place of birth, whether a single child or not, self-management ability and self-control ability, major identification, participation to university life, relationship with schoolmates, learning initiative, learning engagement, self-efficiency and level of hope have significant influence on it. In order to improve the learning adjustment of medical freshmen, more attention should be paid to students from small towns and rural areas ,as well as non-single children, improve the major identification of medi- cal freshmen, enhance students' ability of self-management, self-efficiency and the quality of hope, inspire students' motivation to study, and enrich activities in university, improve the engagement to university life, and establish harmonious relationship with schoolmates.
