行动学习法在护理专业实习学生岗前培训中的应用效果 被引量:7

The application effect of action learning model in the pre-job training of nursing program clerkship students

摘要 目的探讨行动学习方法在护理专业实习学生岗前培训中的应用效果。方法选取2014年9月来淮海医院实习的护理专业180名专科学生为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,每组90人。实验组岗前培训的各环节采用行动学习法,对照组岗前培训采用传统学习法。培训结束后,比较两组学生的考核成绩和综合能力自评结果。结果实验组学生的护理理论、操作考核成绩和综合能力自评结果,除评判性思维能力之外均优于对照组学生,其差异均具有统计学意义(P均〈0.05)。结论采用行动学习方法对护理专业实习学生进行岗前培训,能够提高她们的理论知识和操作技能水平,增强其发现、提出、分析和解决问题的能力,强化沟通意识和团结合作精神,并能够调动其学习积极性,有助于培养学生自主学习、终身学习的能力,提升综合素养。 Objective To investigate the application effect of' action learning model in the pre-job training of nursing program clerkship students. Methods One hundred and eighty nursing program col- lege clerkship students were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. And there were 90 people in each group. The action learning model was adopted in the experimental group. The traditional training model was used in the control group. After the end of the training, the results of exami- nation and comprehensive ability self-evaluation in the two groups were compared. Results The results of theory and operation examination, most comprehensive ability self-evaluation in the experimental group were all better than those in the control group. And the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions The action learning model in the pre-job training of nursing program clerkship students could enhance the level of theoretical knowledge and operational skills, increase the abilities of finding, introducing, analyzing and solving the problems, strengthen the communication consciousness and the unity and cooperation spirit, raise the learning enthusiasm, build the capabilities of self-regulated and lifelong learning, and improve the integrated quality.
