摘要
为了切实贯彻实施住院医师规范化培训制度,更好地提高外科住院医师的综合能力,北京大学第一医院成立了外科学校,参考国外先进的教学理念,利用医院临床教学资源,针对第1年一第3年住院医师培训的阶段性特点,设置相应课程,采用适宜教学方式,强调模拟教学作用,通过定期考核和问卷调查,双向评估住院医师学习效果和学校教学情况,积极改进教学模式。目前,北京大学第一医院外科学校已经初见成效,其提高外科住院医师岗位胜任力的远期效果尚有待于进一步观察。
In order to implement the standardized training for surgical residents effectively, Peking University First Hospital set up surgery school to further improve surgical residents' comprehensive a- bility. Surgery school combined foreign advanced educational ideas with surgery school' s available clinical teaching resources, the curricula for the lst-3rd year residents were designed relevantly according to their respective learning stage characteristics. Furthermore, multiple teaching methods were brought in, of which simulation teaching was particularly emphasized. Both the residents' learning level and the teaching performance of surgery school were assessed by regular examinations and questionnaire investigations, by the help of which surgery school' s educational model could be improved continuously. So far, surgery school has achieved some initial success, but its long-term effect on surgical residents' competency impro- ving remains to be further validated.
