摘要
2009年,汕头大学医学院成为中国医学教育标准(《本科医学教育标准——临床医学专业(试行)》)正式颁布后第一所进行临床医学专业认证的学校。此后,学校根据认证专家组提出的意见制定并实施了一系列的整改措施;2011年、2013年、2015年,学校分别向临床医学专业认证委员会提交了临床医学专业认证的进展报告与综合报告。认证专家组对汕头大学医学院认证6年来取得的进步给予了高度评价。本文回顾了汕头大学医学院进行专业认证的初衷和步骤,重点阐述了如何针对认证后专家组提出的意见,持续进行改进的过程及其实效,同时比较了学校所经历的本科教学工作评估和本科教学工作审核评估,以发挥临床医学专业认证的导向作用,推动临床医学专业的持续改革与发展。
Shantou University Medical College (SUMC) received full accreditation for Clinical Medicine programs in 2009. It was the first accredited medical schools after the medical educational stand- ards were formally issued in China. Ever since then, a series of measures based on the feedback from the accreditation specialists were taken in SUMC and the progress report was submitted to the Accreditation Committee in 2011,2013 and 2015 separately. During 2009-2015, SUMC developed with a high speed and achieved great outcomes on medical education, which have been highly regarded by the accreditation spe- cialists. This article aims at reviewing the motivation and steps of accreditation in SUMC, with focuses on the subsequent reforms and achievements. The clinical medicine program accreditation system and the un- dergraduate teaching assessment system are also compared according to the SUMC experiences. It is con- cluded that clinical medicine program accreditation is efficient to promote medical education in China by creating impetus for continuous improvement.
