摘要
医学是仁术、是人学，“德艺双馨”是每一位医务人员的必备素养。然而，医学领域的不和谐因素，促使社会各界从不同层面反思其背后的真实原因。从医务人员角度来看，汲取传统医德智慧，将“博学致精”“明德致仁”“践恕致和”内化为核心价值理念并自觉践行，用精湛的医术、崇高的医德赢得患者的理解与敬仰，不失为修复医患关系的第一步。
Medical science is a humane profession. Pursuit of excellence in both medical skills and moral integrity is a necessary quality of every medical staff. However, frequent disharmonious factors in hospitals have made people from different fields explore the causes lying behind. Refining the profound medical knowledge to perfection, strengthening morals to benevolence, practicing reciprocity to peace and harmony should be the core values for the medical staff to abide by. These core values should be internal- ized in order for the medical staff to win the appreciation and admiration from the patients with masterly skill, lofty medical ethics with an aim to repair and establish harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
