案例模拟和参与式反馈教学方法在基层儿科医师新生儿复苏培训中的应用 被引量:6

Teaching method of combination of case simniation and debriefing training in neonatal resuscitation for pediatricians in local hospitals

摘要 目的研究案例模拟和参与式反馈教学方法在新生儿复苏培训中的应用价值。方法选取2014年3月至2016年3月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院新生儿科进修的60名基层医院儿科医师为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为实验组和对照组,每组各30人。实验组采用案例模拟和参与式反馈教学方法进行新生儿复苏教学,对照组采用传统教学方法教学。通过理论考试和操作考核评价教学效果。结果培训前,两组医师的理论考试成绩、复苏操作步骤正确率、每2人胸外按压与正压通气配合考核成绩及气管插管步骤完成率的差异均无统计学意义(均P〉0.05)。培训后,实验组医师的理论考试成绩、复苏操作步骤正确率、每2人胸外按压与正压通气配合考核成绩及气管插管步骤完成率均高于对照组医师,其差异均具有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。结论案例模拟和参与式反馈教学方法有效提升了基层医院儿科医师的新生儿复苏操作水平,这种教学方法值得在以后的临床教学中加以推广应用。 Objective To study the application value of case simulation and debriefing training teaching method in neonatal resuscitation teaching. Methods 60 pediatrician from local hospital were en- rolled in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University Department of Neonatology education from March 2014 to March 2016, which were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 persons in each group. In the experimental group, case simulation and debriefing training teaching method were applied about neonatal resuscitation teaching, while the traditional teaching method received medical server in the control group. Evaluation of teaching effect was done through theoretical examination and operation assessment. Results Before training, the theory examination scores, the correct operation rate of step of neonatal resuscitation, operation score of chest compressions combined with positive pressure ventilation of two persons and completion rate of step of tracheal intubation examination of two groups showed no significant difference (P 〉 0. 05). After the training, the theory examination scores, the correct operation rate of step of neonatal resuscitation, operation score of chest compressions combined with posi- tive pressure ventilation of two persons and completion rate of step of tracheal intubation examination in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions The case sim- ulation and debriefing training teaching methods can enhance the hospital pediatrician neonatal resuscita- tion skills level, and this new teaching method is worthy of application in clinical teaching.
