摘要
医学成人高等教育作为我国高等教育的重要分支,培养了大批卫生人才,为我国医疗卫生事业的发展做出了较大贡献。西部边疆少数民族地区由于各种原因,成人高等教育发展却一直落后于全国的发展。本文以地处西部边疆少数民族地区的昆明医科大学为例,通过问卷调查和数据分析,研究西部边疆少数民族地区医学成人高等教育2011年~2015年的招生变化、学生学习动机、学习需求等,分析存在的问题,讨论医学成人高等教育的发展趋势,并提出解决问题的思路。
As one of the important branches of our country, medical adult higher education has made great contributions to the development of Chinese medical and health undertakings and train a large number of health professionals. Due to various reasons, the development of adult higher education in fron- tier minority areas has been behind the development of the country. This paper, taking Kumming Medical Univer in the frontier minority areas as an example, analyzes the enrollment changes, students' learning motivation and learning needs of the medical adult higher education in minority nationality areas in the bor- der areas from 2011 to 2015 through the questionnaire survey and data analysis. It discusses the develop- ment trend of medical adult higher education, and put forward the idea of solving the problem.
