摘要
利用主题框架分析方法,使用MAXQDA2007质性分析软件,对国内外临床医学专业培养要求和医生岗位胜任力模型等相关资料进行内容分析,编码标记和归类,构建临床医学专业学业结果框架。分析国内外临床医学专业学业结果的内容和特点,发现当前国内外基于岗位胜任力需求分析的临床医学专业学业结果,涵盖了技能、学术和职业发展的3大领域,具体包含临床技能、实践操作、沟通交流等10个维度,全面反映了临床实践需求对临床医学专业学生外在技能、内在素质和个人发展方面的培养要求。因此,在临床医学专业学生培养过程中,应当坚持以卫生系统需求为导向,兼顾学业结果内容的发展性特点,实现卫生人才培养和人才供给的平衡。
To analyze the learning outcome contents and characteristics at home and abroad in clinical medicine. Thematic framework analysis was conducted with the computer software MAXQDA 2007 via coding, grouping and analyzing the domestic and international education requirements for medicine student and competency for doctor, to build clinical medicine learning outcome framework. Based on com- petency analysis, the learning outcome framework for clinical medicine students covers skill, academic and career development areas, which containing ten dimensions including clinical skills, practice, communica- tion and so on. Medical education should be consistent with the needs of health systems and taking the fac- tor of development into account, making health personnel training and supporting balanced.
