总结禤国维教授辨证论治脂溢性脱发经验。禤教授认为本病发病的中心环节是肝肾不足,临床上注重整体辨证,以平调阴阳为则,滋补肝肾为法,常用自拟方加味二至丸内服,加减运用岭南中药,辅以外治法,疗效显著。

This paper summarizes Prof. XUAN Guowei＇s experience in treating seborrheic alopecia based on syndrome differentiation. Prof. XUAN Guowei thinks the pathogenesis of this disease is the deficiency of liv- er and kidney. In clincial treatment,he pays attention to the holistic syndrome differentiation in order to balance yin and yang and nourish liver and kidney. Prof. XUAN has achieved good theraputic effect by us- ing decoction based on Erzhi pills and herbs from south of the Five Ridges for internal application with other external treatments.
