Clinical Application of Systemic Sphygmology Based on Syndrome Differentiation

齐向华老师总结多年临床经验,融合古今医家的脉法,创立了以25对脉象要素为基础的具有系统性与回溯性的系统辨证脉学体系,并在"方证相应"的基础上创新归纳出"脉证方相应"规律。列举系统辨证脉学临证验案3则,并总结"脉证方相应"需遵循的四个原则,为系统辨证脉学的临床应用提供依据。

Professor QI Xianghua summarizes his clinical experience of many years and combined ancient pulse methods with modern medicine, lie founds the systematic sphygmology based on syndrome differentia- tion with systematicness and retrospection,which includes 25 couple of pulse elements. Moreover,He put for- ward the rule of correspondence among pulse,syndrome and prescription based on the correspondence be- tween prescription and syndrome. In this article,we share 3 cases using the systemic sphygmology based on syndrome differentiation,and summarize the 4 principles of the correspondence of pulse,syndrome and pre- scription which we should follow,thus provide basis for application of systemic sphygmology based on syn- drome differentiation.
