摘要
南宋理学家林希逸能够超越儒士的正统立场,对道家始祖老子给予同情之理解。其《老子鬳斋口义》归纳《老子》长期受到蒙蔽误读的原因,探析老子著述《老子》一书的初心本旨,指出老子学说与孔孟之道虽然有同有异,但在大本大源上同于儒家。同时,他也第一次从文学的角度解读了《老子》的文学特点。因之,在研究老子学说发展史时,《老子鬳斋口义》应该受到更多的重视。
Lin Xiyi(林希逸) whose alternative name was Yanzhai(鬳斋) was a Neo-Confucian of the Southern-Song Dynasty.Transcending the orthodox standpoint of Confucianism,Lin gave a sympathetic understanding of Laozi(老子),the founder of Taoism.In the book Oral Interpretations of Lao-tzu by Yanzhai(《老子鬳斋口义》),he summarized the reason why people had misread Lao-tzu(《老子》) written by Laozi,and analyzed the original intention of Laozi while writing Lao-tzu.Lin pointed out that although there were some differences between Laozi's philosophical thought and the doctrine of Confucius and Mencius,they were substantially in agreement from their origins.Meanwhile,Lin was the first to analyze Lao-tzu from a literary point of view.Therefore,we should give more attention to the book Oral Interpretations of Lao-tzu by Yanzhai when studying the development history of Laozi's theory.
