摘要
目的 探讨高压电击伤后腹壁缺损的治疗方法.方法 回顾性分析37例高压电击伤腹壁缺损患者的治疗方法.结果 大网膜覆盖修复腹壁缺损,残留腹壁疝需后期修复.采用聚丙烯纤维网缝拉创口再中厚皮片植皮,残留腹壁外形差.采用补片＋局部皮瓣＋供瓣部中厚或刃厚皮移植,效果最佳.结论 采用补片＋局部皮瓣＋供瓣部自体中厚或刃厚头皮移植修复高压电击伤后腹壁缺损治疗方法是最佳方案.
Objective To investigate the treatment method for abdominal wall defect caused by high-voltage electric injury.Methods The treatment of 37 patients with abdominal wall defect caused by high voltage electrical injury were analyzed retrospectively.Results Repaired of abdominal wall defect with greater retinal cover, residual abdominal hernia requires late repaired.Suture with polypropylene fiber mesh, tighten the wound, and then medium thickness skin graft.With polypropylene fiber mesh and medium thickness skin graft, the residual abdominal wall was poor.The effect of skin graft and local skin flap transplantation and skin flap position in the thick skin or edge thick skin graft was the best.
