摘要
在带钢热连轧生产过程时,中间坯头尾温差过大将会使成品出现带钢全长机械性能不均、厚度不一致等问题。在带钢热轧生产线上可以使用热卷箱技术解决带钢在热轧过程中的缺陷,降低生产成本,同时还可以提高生产效率。根据国内某钢厂在使用热卷箱过程中出现的问题,使用现代分析软件ANSYS对钢板在热卷箱中的温度场情况进行分析,得到了所需要的均匀的钢板终轧温度,为热连轧生产线相关工艺参数的制定提供了重要的参数依据。
In the hot strip roiling production process of intermediate slab head and tail temperature, differ- ence over the general assembly in finished strip length of mechanical properties of uneven thickness and inconsistent, the hot coil box technique in a large extent can solve this problem and can also be used to reduce the production cost, at the same time can improve the efficient. Using modem analysis software ANSYS to plate production process and plate in hot coil box temperature field analysis, to the uniform plate finishing rolling temperature. It provides impor- tant parameters for the process parameters of hot continuous rolling production line in the factory.
