对KR法脱硫站机械搅拌设备中搅拌轴进行受力分析,并提出了搅拌功率、搅拌轴强度与刚度、搅拌轴临界转速等校核计算方法。此方法已应用于实际生产中。

The force of the agitator shaft in the KR desulphurization station is analyzed in this paper. And also propose the calculation method on the agitating power, the intensity and rigidity of the shaft, and the critical speed of the agitator. This method has been applied in practical production.
