在钢铁减量化发展的背景下,"互联网+"已成为钢铁行业转型升级的有力抓手。本文以冶金备件采购为出发点,重点分析了在"互联网+"的发展趋势下备件采购的协同化及管理智能化中存在的问题,探讨了"互联网+备件"的采购模式及实施路径,提出钢铁企业实施"互联网+"备件管理的发展建议。
In the context of the development of iron and steel reduction, ＂Internet ＋ ＂ is becoming a pow- erful starting point for the steel industry transformation and upgrading. Based on the procurement of metallurgical spare parts as a starting point, the paper focuses on the development trend of ＂Internet ＋ ＂ collaborative procurement of spare parts and intelligent management problems, discusses the procurement mode and implementation path of ＂Internet ＋ spare parts＂, puts forward the development proposal of ＂Internet ＋ spare parts＂ management in iron and steel enterprises.
