响应面法优化蓝莓果实活性物质提取工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用乙醇提取蓝莓果实中的多种生物活性物质,以单因素试验为基础,通过Box-Behnken试验对乙醇浓度、料液比、提取温度3个因素进行响应面分析及优化。结果表明,蓝莓果实中总多酚、总黄酮及总花色苷的最佳综合提取条件为:料液比1∶23(g/mL)、乙醇体积分数71%、提取温度60℃,在此条件下蓝莓果实3种活性物质的综合提取率为89.94%,与预测值基本一致。同时,建立了提取蓝莓果实中活性物质的二次回归方程,为预测蓝莓果实3种活性物质的综合提取率提供理论依据。 This study was designed to optimize the extracting effects of various active components in bluebenry fruits on the conditions of diverse parameters.Analyzing and optimizing the extraction conditions of ethanol concentration,solidto-liquid ratio and extraction temperature by Box-Behnken experiment design based on the results of single factor experiments.The optimal results were determined as follows:1 ∶ 23 (g/mL) solid-to-liquid ratio,71% ethanol concentration and 60 ℃C,which were in accordance with measured data.The yield of total contents of phenolics,flavonoids and anthocyanins was 89.94% under these conditions.Besides,the valid model was built to make prediction about the three active components in blueberry fruits.
