主楼荷载增加对紧邻基坑桩基础稳定性影响分析

摘要 地下车库与主楼施工具有明显不同步性、滞后性及阶段性。主楼楼层施工对紧邻基坑桩基础产生变形影响,甚至会导致主楼桩基础的失稳破坏。结合某具体工程实例,在地下车库基坑开挖完成后未进行回填,分析主楼楼层荷载增加对紧邻基坑桩基础稳定性影响。采用三维数值分析手段,通过建立三维有限元计算模型,研究主楼不同荷载条件下对紧邻基坑桩基础的沉降、不均匀沉降。最终得出主楼荷载增加到10层时,紧邻基坑桩基础处于安全范围之内,有效指导现场施工,大大缩短工期,节约工程造价。为类似工程提供一定的理论参考与实践意义。 At present, the underground garage and the main building construction are obviously non-synchronization, hysteresis and stage. Deformation influence of pile foundation close to foundation pit is emerged due to construction of main building floor, and which even leads to destabilization failure of pile foundation. Combined with a specific project examples, the underground garage excavation is not carried out after the completion of backfill, the stability influence of pile foundation close to foundation pile due to the increase of the main building floor is analyzed. Using three-dimensional numerical analysis, the three-dimensional finite element model is built for calculation, and the settlement and differential settlement of pile foundation close to foundation pit are analyzed for different loads from the main building. Finally, when the main building load increases to 10 layers, the pile foundation close to the foundation pit is in the safe range, which effectively guides the construction site, greatly shorten the construction period, and saving project cost.It provides some theoretical reference and practical significance for similar projects.
