摘要
预应力现浇箱梁是现今高速公路天桥采用的主要结构形式之一,满堂支架作为大体积现浇箱梁的施工常用方法,具有施工拆装方便,支架安全稳定性好,适用线型广等特点。支架现浇箱梁属于承重体系,用于承受箱梁新浇筑混凝土、钢筋、预应力筋的重力;施工人员及施工设备、施工材料等荷载;振捣混凝土时产生的振动荷载等。故需在设计中考虑各项荷载,并进行荷载组合强度计算,刚度验算。
The prestressed cast-in-place box girder structure is one of the main forms of current highway bridges using the full support as a common construction method of large size of cast-in-place box girder construction, has convenient assembly and disassembly, support good safety and stability, wide application of linear features. Support cast-in-place box girder is used to bear the load bearing system, prestressed box girder, steel and concrete gravity ; and construction personnel and construction equipment, construction materials and vibration load ; concrete vibration load.Therefore, it is necessary to consider the various loads in the design, and carry on the strength calculation of the load combination.
