摘要
京沪高速铁路箱梁预制工程,梁场建场期间提梁道路地基处理方案的优化选择。梁场地基处理最终采用换填方案,即底部采用30cm三七灰土、中间换填120cm建筑垃圾、顶部换填50cm级配碎石,通过实践证明这一工艺的应用能够保证提梁机的正常走行,提高了提梁道路的施工时间,节约了成本同时也使提梁道路整修、复耕等问题变得简单。
This paper introduces the project of Beijing Shanghai high-speed railway box girder precast beam field, select the field built during the girder road foundation treatment scheme optimization. Foundation treatment with replacement scheme, namely 30cm 37 at the bottom of the soil, the middle filling construction waste, the top 120cm replacement 50cm graded gravel, through the application of practice proves that this process can ensure the normal running of the gantry crane girder, improve the construction road time, save the cost but also to handle Road repair, rehabilitation and other issues become simple.
