摘要 就新桥煤矿主煤流带式输送机物联网系统进行了研究,该系统对安全监测监控、人员定位、电力监控及带式输送机集控等生产数据进行提炼和挖掘,获取矿井环境感知、人员感知和设备状态感知方面的异常数据,重点解决了主煤流转载点卡堵大煤(矸)块难题,借助视频监控、调度通信、无线通信及自动化等先进技术和设备,提供了集视频、语音、文本、控制于一体的综合报警联动预案,对安全隐患能及时发出告警信息,满足煤矿对安全生产的需要。 The intemet system of things of the belt conveyor for main coal flow in Xinqiao Colliery was researched. The data about security monitor, personnel positioning, power monitor and centralized control of belt conveyors were abstracted and dredged via the system, thus the abnormal data about mine environment perception, personnel perception and equipment perception were obtained, and the clogging of large cinder (gangue) at transship location of main coal flow was avoided. In addition, with the aid of the video monitor, dispatching and wireless communication, automation technology and equipments, the comprehensive alarming and linkage scheme integrating video, audio, text and control was proposed, so the hidden danger could be timely alarmed, and the demand of safe production in colliery was met.
