某复杂难选铜硫多金属矿合理选矿工艺流程比较分析

Comparison and analysis on reasonable benefi ciation process for a complex and refractory copper-sulphur polymetallic ore

摘要 某铜硫多金属矿有用组分多、矿物组成复杂、目的矿物嵌布粒度极不均匀及易泥化、脉石矿物含量高,并且伴生银的载体矿物种类多,为复杂难选矿。针对该矿石性质,经选矿试验研究推荐了铜硫等可浮与铜优先浮选的工艺流程,从技术成熟度、资源综合利用水平、清洁生产工艺、磨矿成本、药剂成本等方面进行了深入比较和分析,得出铜硫等可浮工艺流程作为该资源开发利用的工艺流程,并指出了铜硫等可浮工艺流程应注意改进优化的方向及重点。 A copper-sulphur polymetallic ore was the refractory ore. It was characterized by plenty of useful components, complicated mineral composition, uneven dissemination size and slurry easiness of objective minerals, various Ag-carrier minerals. In view of the characteristics of the ore, after beneficiation test study, the process flow of copper-sulphur iso-flotation and that of copper preferential flotation were recommended. And then, the two were compared and analyzed in technical maturity, resource comprehensive utilization, clean production process, grinding cost and reagent cost, and the process flow of copper-sulphur iso-flotation was determined. In addition, the optimization direction and points of the process flow of copper-sulphur iso-flotation needed to pay attention were indicated also.
