发酵食品生产技术的信息化教学探讨

摘要 信息化教学已逐渐成为教学的主导方向,以"发酵食品生产技术"课程为例,主要从课程信息,课程教学实施,效果与评价三方面对发酵食品生产技术课程的信息化教学进行了介绍,发酵食品生产技术的信息化教学实施主要分为导入项目,解析项目,执行项目,评测项目和拓展项目五个步骤,以期取得了良好的教学效果。 informatization teaching has gradually become the dominant direction of teaching. Taking "fermented food production technology" as an example, the information teaching of fermented food production technology course is mainly carried out from three aspects: curriculum information, curriculum teaching implementation, effect and evaluation. The implementation of informatization teaching of fermented food production technology is divided into five steps: importing project, analyzing project, executing project, evaluating project and expanding project, which aims to achieve good teaching effect.
