临床药师对1例复发难治多发性骨髓瘤患者开展的药学服务

Pharmaceutical care for a patient with relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma

目的:探讨临床药师对复发难治多发性骨髓瘤患者开展药学服务的方法和切入点。方法:血液科临床药师全程参与1例复发难治多发性骨髓瘤患者住院治疗过程,关注患者化疗前,化疗中及化疗后的药物治疗问题并开展专业药学服务。结果:临床药师密切监护患者化疗期间药物可能的不良反应、协助医生调整抗感染药物治疗方案、对患者及家属开展用药教育,用专业的药学服务保障患者用药的安全性、有效性及合理性。结论:临床药师开展对复发难治多发性骨髓瘤患者的药学服务有利于保障患者用药安全及促进临床合理用药。

Objective： To explore the way and entry point of pharmaceutical care for a patient with relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma carried out by clinical pharmacists. Methods： Clinical pharmacists in Hematology department participate in the whole process of treatment for a patient with relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma. We focus on the pharmacotherapy problems in the whole process of chemotherapy and carry out professional pharmaceutical care. Results： Clinical pharmacists closely monitor the possible adverse drug reactions during the chemotherapy, adjust anti-infection drug treatment, carry out medication education for patient and his family members. We apply professional pharmaceutical care to ensure the safety, effectiveness and rationality of drug use. Conclusion： The pharmaceutical care for patients with relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma carried by clinical pharmacists is conducive to ensuremedication safety and promote rational clinical drug use.
