1例利福平与氨氯地平相互作用的病例分析

Case analysis on the interaction of rifampicin and amlodipine

目的:通过对1例高血压患者合用利福平的用药情况的分析,体现临床药师在患者个体化用药中的重要作用。方法:通过查阅病历资料和相关中英文文献,对1例合并使用利福平以及抗高血压药物患者的用药情况进行分析与监护。结果:利福平通过诱导肝药酶CYP3A4的作用,从而降低抗高血压药的降压疗效。结论:针对同时服用抗高血压药物以及抗结核药的患者,在抗结核治疗过程中,药物的相互作用应引起足够的重视。

Objective： To reflect the important role of clinical pharmacists in individual patient medication through analysis and monitoring in one case of rifampicin combined with antihypertensive. Methods： The medication of rifampin combined with antihypertensive was analyzed and monitored by searching the medical records and related literatures. Results： Rifampicin may induce the antihypertensive effect of hypertension drugs through effecting CYP3A4 enzyme. Conclusion： Drug interactions of antihypertensive should be taken seriously attention especially in the course of tuberculosis treatment.Therefore, the advices of pharmacists in clinical drug therapy make clinical medication of patients be safer and effective.
